As a bridal hairstylist, I have the honour of helping brides feel their most beautiful on their special day.
What to expect at your bridal hair trial
I allocate 2 hours for a bridal trial appointment. During this time, I would like to get to know you and hear all about your wedding. Understanding more about you and your day will help me better envision how to incorporate your personality and wedding theme into your hairstyle.
I will begin by asking you to share any hair inspirations you have found, along with a photo of your dress, so please ensure you have these handy if you have scheduled a trial.
After considering your likes and dislikes regarding the hairstyles you’ve found, how you usually feel comfortable wearing your hair, your face shape, and the neckline/detail of your dress, we will determine a style to try out. The allotted trial time allows us to create one bridal hairstyle that is tailored and perfect for you. Once we have had an in-depth conversation, the right style often reveals itself, but if you are uncertain and wish to try out more than one style, this may need to be done on separate trial dates, as the preparation for each individual style will vary.
On the wedding day
I arrive early to ensure I have ample time to work my magic. Whether it’s an elegant updo, soft waves, or a whimsical braid, I take great care in every step to ensure the final result is breathtaking. I love to see the bride’s face light up as she looks in the mirror, feeling confident and radiant on one of the most important days of her life.

Travel expenses apply to all bridal bookings and are calculated based on pence per mile for a round trip. Any parking costs incurred will also be added to the final total.
For trials, I kindly ask that brides visit my home studio just outside of Tonbridge.
Trials: A non-refundable £20 booking fee is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your total trial cost.
Wedding Day: A non-refundable booking fee is required on or within two days after your trial. This will be 50% of your total wedding day cost. However, if there are multiple enquiries for the same date, a smaller deposit of 20% may be required earlier to secure your booking.
A minimum booking of four adults is required for wedding day services.
For larger bridal parties, I have an assistant available for an additional fee.
All brides are required to have a trial to ensure their perfect bridal look. It is also recommended that at least one bridesmaid has a trial for a seamless, stress-free wedding morning.
Children aren’t permitted to the salon for trials due to health and safety.
By booking an appointment, all clients agree to the following cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your bridal trial, it must be done more than 72 hours before the appointment to avoid charges.
For cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment, 50% of the booking total will be required.
Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will incur a 100% charge for the booking.
If you wish to reschedule your trial, this must be done 72 hours before the appointment, or the cancellation policy will apply. Jessica cannot arrange a new trial date with you until this payment has been completed.
If you cancel an appointment twice in a row, a full upfront payment must be made to secure a new booking, which is non-refundable.
