I booked Jess fairly late in the process after my first hairdresser fell through - and what a blessing in disguise that turned out to be! From my trial to the actual day, Jess was impeccable. She is such a lovely person, and communication was excellent throughout. During my trial, I struggled to explain the style I envisioned, but she brought it to life and was more than willing to make adjustments as needed. On our wedding day, she expertly managed the hair for myself, six bridesmaids, and my mum - and we were all absolutely thrilled with how our hair looked. She took the time to assist with my veil and ensure all the final touches were perfect for photos before departing. I received countless compliments about my hair as well. The trial went wonderfully; one of my bridesmaids had an issue with hair thinning, and Jess helped adjust the style I wanted to conceal those areas!
